James Jenneman of Blackbird returns, and we are going to do a deep dive into the tensions between faith and reason, and hierarchies and institutions. Can we reconcile these tensions without abandoning reason and our personal intellectual integrity? Can institutions like the Church be reoriented back to their original missions and purpose? What is sin, and where are the lines of what things are subjectively wrong vs objectively? I can't say for sure we'll solve all of any of these complex issues in 2 hours time, but we'll certainly have a fascinating conversation nonetheless.
